In late 1998 the finishing touches were being made to a small, nameless 29m2 bar. Onlookers were watching as a solitary Shag emerged from a dive with two fish flung across its mouth, and this is where the legend of the Lucky Shag was born!

The Shag has fantastic views across the beautiful Swan River to South Perth, making it a truly unique venue in the Perth CBD.
